Ocean Grove artificial grass installation enlivens backyard

Grass Roots Synthetic Lawns recently completed this 50m2 domestic artificial grass install in Ocean Grove using our 35mm Australian made cool fibre product. The end result was a dramatic improvement in the overall look of the clients garden, adding value to their home and exceeding their expectations.

After discussing with our client what they required, we were able to establish that the area was to be used primarily for their children and dog. Which is ideal for the kind of artificial turf we install at properties that will be frequently used by little humans and animals.

Because when children or pets are involved our cool fibre turf wins hands down, as it gives a 30% reduction in heat, providing a more comfortable surface to play on in the warmer months. But not only is our artificial grass practical, it also looks natural and aesthetically pleasing. Our synthetic turf has a matte finish as opposed to the older or imported products that have a high sheen, often looking cheap and tacky.

We also wanted to create a soft edge to the garden and achieved this by using a 75mm x 5mm flat bar steel bent and then welded into position. Creating a seamless look between the turf and the garden bed surrounding the area.

No longer will this home owner experience unflattering mud patches or hard playing surfaces for the children and dog. With a brand new playing surface for those guys and a much improved backyard for the parents, everyone was left with a smile on their face, even the dog!
